Long Description:

CTRL (Channel Tunnel Rail Link) is now called High-speed 1. It will be in operation from St Pancras International London and brings commuter services to Ebbsfleet International and Ashford Intl station, within less than 30 minutes. It will be the fastest route to inner London, faster than the old Waterloo service. The fastest record time, based from outside the M25, setting new record times of just 17 minutes at speeds of up to 140mph.

Eurostar will run non-stop services at speeds up to 300km/h providing journey times of under 1h 20min to Lille, 1h 50min to Brussels, and 2h 15min to Paris. Eurotunnel operate trains to transport by car from Folkstone, UK to France, Calais the journey time is 35 minutes.
